Post launch process

When we launch our site, we will have two streams of work.

Content migration phase 2

  • Teams will be creating and rewriting the second most important pages determined by most frequent user journeys and our organisational priorities.

BAU content

  • We will be using the sprint planner as usual for any content that is not in phase 2 but does need to be updated. An example could be an upcoming event that needs a new page. These updates should be a strategic priority and still kept to a minimum to allow us to get through the content migration tasks above.
